Once you progress up to level 10, you can earn §400 per hour while only working three days a week! If your sim wants to heal and take care of others, this career by xTheLittleCreator is perfect! It begins in an unpaid position (yikes!), but you’ll soon become a paid intern. This mod requires a couple of other mods, as well as Get-To-Work and the Toddler Stuff pack. You get paid §120 per day per child, plus a weekly stipend depending on your level. The creator, ItsKatato, has made a daycare venue so you can actively go to work! You can also change any existing lot to a daycare venue. You then select a custom social event called ‘Run Daycare’ which will spawn 2-5 toddlers from your save, and you’ll then need to take care of them. This mod is an interactive career that gives you a new version of that! To make the career work, you select work from home. If you were a Sims 3 fan, you might remember the daycare profession. Sims with a degree in university will jump to level 4! This career is great fun and allows you to list properties for sale and help sims find their perfect home. You’ll need to work on your charisma and list properties for sale to advance through the levels. With this career by KiaraSims4Mods, you’ll start off as a receptionist and work your way up until you own your own real estate agency. 
This mod does require Island Living, Get Famous, or Get To Work. It is an active career mod that is great fun and is different from all other career options in the base game.
If you love giving people makeovers, this mod is for you. Eventually, your sim will become the owner of a salon. This career by ItsKatato is super fun! Your sim will be able to choose from three different cosmetology branches – hairstylist, esthetician, and nail technician.
